Aviation is in Waldo's DNA.
An Air Force mechanic and a private pilot, his dad used to take him to hangars on Sunday to show him the planes.
From an early age, Waldo learned to recognize the different types of planes, as well as the many parts and their functions, as planes were often being serviced by his dad’s colleagues.
When he was taken for a first flight, with an experienced pilot, in a small Piper, Waldo fell in love with flying.
From then on, he started building and flying cable controlled model planes.
As an adult, Waldo continued to pursue his passion for flying, becoming a certified pilot himself.
As drone technology advanced, Waldo combined his passion for flying with photography, becoming a certified drone pilot.
